By downloading, installing, or using the Patamo application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Patamo is an educational mobile application designed for children to learn phrase structures in multiple languages. The App allows users to build sentences word by word and hear them spoken aloud using on-device voice synthesis. The App is available for iPhone and iPad.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software, is the property of Patamo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our prior written consent.

Children and Parental Consent

Patamo is intended for use by children under parental or guardian supervision. By allowing a child to use the App, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the child's use of the App in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and may not be suitable as a sole language instruction resource.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
